When you walk in the door you’ll continue to notice the difference as you are greeted by a friendly staff that is genuinely excited to see you. Once you are in a stylist’s chair, our goal is to not make you feel rushed, so our stylists will strive to personally spend as much time on your service as your need.
Each staff member at Beauty Heaven was handpicked because of their extraordinary commitment to quality and customer service.Our stylists have trained at some of the best schools in the world including Paul Mitchell and The Vidal Sassoon School in London, received additional certifications in their specialties such as Great Lengths, NOVALASH and makeup artistry, and participated in our own internal quality control programs such as 6 months of supplemental Great Lengths training. In addition, Ann Merin, our owner, rotates through each stylist at the salon for her own services as a way of personally monitoring the quality of the work.
The Beauty Heaven staff is not only dedicated to creating your best salon experience, but also to delivering the best results by fostering ongoing communication with our clients to create tailored solutions based on individual needs and objectives. In addition, unlike many salons, we encourage our stylists to be collaborative and not competitive so that clients have access to our collective knowledge and experience. Lastly, we do something that is normally taboo at a salon – we EDUCATE our clients by explaining our approach and we don’t censure our recommendations based on our own profit margin.
